Operations directed us to tow an aircraft a certain direction. While towing the aircraft; the winglet of air carrier X aircraft went under the rear stabilizers of air carrier Y. Air carrier X ramp supervisor witnessed the incident.

Narrative: Operations directed us to tow an aircraft a certain direction. While towing the aircraft; the winglet of Air Carrier X aircraft went under the rear stabilizers of Air Carrier Y. Air Carrier X Ramp Supervisor witnessed the incident.
