Damaged freight arrived off inbound flight and had leaked into pit. There was a concern of shipment due to package having an affixed hazard label and if it may have been a dg (dangerous goods) shipment. It was determined not to be dg; product was trenbolone acetate. Sds data sheet was also pulled to make determinations on product. Ramp employee working inside aircraft pit declined going to on site [company] medical indicating did not feel bad; as a precaution the ramp manager had this employee go to the on site [company] medical just to make sure that he was alright. Aircraft was refused by pilot and was taken out of service.
