Narrative:

A corporate jet was instructed by the tower to hold short of runway 4L on Z. They read back hold short of 22R. Since it was the correct runway; but not necessarily the correct answer I kept an eye on them as we were given instructions to line up and wait on 4L. It was at dusk and I was having a hard time seeing the other end of the runway; but I am certain that the corporate jet stopped short of our runway. They weren't moving as we were given clearance for takeoff. After V1 and as I was calling rotate both me and the captain noticed that the corporate jet was crossing our runway. The captain voiced the incident and decided to continue.
