Narrative:

Large transport contacted me. I told him to fly heading 020 intercept slc 180 right descend and maintain one three thousand. Large transport read back heading 020, slc 180 right maintain on two thousand. I did not catch the altitude readback, large transport descended to one two thousand in a one three thousand ft minimum vector altitude area. Supplemental information from acn 169190. Captain read back the clearance, the first officer set 12000' in the altitude reminder window, and the flight descended to 12000'. The controller that issued the clearance did not challenge, or in any way respond to the clearance readback.
