Narrative:
I have been taxiing many times at night and suddenly realized there to be a light transport right in front of us but because of lack of lighting they're invisible, even though their anti-collision and navigation lights are on. I highly recommend that these type of aircraft be retrofitted with a more visible anti-collision system like the newer turboprops have.

Title: ACR FO REPORTER CITES NUMEROUS INSTANCES WHERE HE COULD NOT SEE THE LTT TYPE IN FRONT OF HIM IN NIGHT OPERATIONS BECAUSE OF THE TYPE ANTI-COLLISION AND NAVIGATION LIGHTS INSTALLED ON THOSE ACFT. INFERS THAT THEY ARE INADEQUATE.
