[Passenger statement]I was standing in the narrow portion of the front walkway. I was waiting to go to my seat when a male passenger pushed me against the wall and squeezed himself through the narrow wall. Both the stewardess and I asked him to wait till I could move back or forward to allow him to fit through the narrow walkway. I was stuck in the narrow walkway; [passenger] finally squeezed through and my body was being pinned and we almost could not get unstuck. He was very belligerent to me and the stewardess.[flight attendant statement]during boarding [passenger] pinned a woman between the narrow boarding area and she screamed out in pain. [Passenger] showed me his boarding pass and red passport saying he forgot a bag in the boarding area and then he rushed off the aircraft. I was concerned about the lady that got pinned. She said she would be okay and then continued on to her seat.I did not see the man reboard the aircraft as I meant to speak with him regarding hurting the other [passenger]. I saw him just prior to door closure and politely informed him he hurt a woman. He had total disregard for me and barely looked up from his phone. I spoke with the woman and let her know I had a chat with him.during taxi out my flying partner told me the same [passenger] hit a woman with luggage and did not apologize nor show any concern for her safety.my flying partner was walking through economy completing safety checks and informed me [passenger] was leaning across the aisle and refused to move back into his seat area.three strikes of total disregard for others and crew. Collectively we went back to the gate to remove [passenger]. We did not open the aircraft door until the police arrived. Captain advised to back off the [passenger] in case he became violent when the police spoke with [passenger]. If it became violent then we would deplane the entire aircraft in regards to everyone's safety and security. Captain made an announcement requesting all [passengers] to remain seated since we had a cabin issue.the door to the aircraft was opened when the police arrived. [Passenger] voluntarily came to the open aircraft door. Operations manager spoke with [passenger] informing him was being removed from the flight. He could leave himself or gather his family and leave. He chose to gather his belongings and family and deplaned. I was standing next to the [passenger] when the police and operations manager were talking to him. I was concerned he may elbow me in the face. I was blocked from moving away from the man until he went back in the cabin.we departed and I did quite a bit of damage control with the passengers in economy. [Flight attendant] was able to complete most of the first class service alone as I picked up for coach. We had to sit for several minutes twice because of turbulence. I was working damage control and trying to reassure the remaining [passengers] that everyone was safe and connections should be okay. I was back and forth between first class and economy making sure passengers didn't have to sit for too long with trash and worry.in ZZZ approximately 20-30 passengers deplaning thanked us for keeping the flight safe and secure. Without a doubt I am sure [passenger] may have misbehaved more than what the crew observed. [Flight attendant] mentioned the children traveling with [passenger] cringed in fear when interacting with [passenger].[passenger] essentially was thrashing about with luggage. He was being aggressive and intimidating other passengers around him hitting others. He was pushing other passengers out of his way. He had total disregard for physically hurting others and blocking crew members from completing required safety checks.on arrival in ZZZ; supervisor met the flight to debrief with the entire crew after all passengers were off. [Flight attendant] and myself were removed from our pairings to recover and cope with the ordeal. All flight attendants and [supervisor] found a quiet gate area to talk about the event. I requested eap (employee assistance program] intervention. [Supervisor]; [flight attendant] and I went to the ZZZ domicile to wait for hotel assignments. [Supervisor] provided [flight attendant] and I with [company] eap and provided us with snacks; fluids and kindness/care. [Supervisor] just sitting with us was calming.I have been in touch with [company] eap; [supervisor] and am following up with appropriate work/life solutions; etc. Trying to be proactive with the next necessary options.
