Narrative:

Engine 2 reverser deployed during climb. We [requested priority handling] and called for the appropriate checklist. The engine shut down and attempted an auto relight while we were executing the checklist. We decided to shut it down following the checklist procedures. After completing the checklist we decided the safest course of action was to continue to our destination; and were able to land without further incident. Crew performed admirably.
