Narrative:

[While] taxiing off the ramp at ZZZ our left wing tip struck another aircraft's right wing tip. The event took place between taxiway xx and xy while approaching aircraft Y. There was a ramp employee in position to provide wing clearance of both wings. As we approached aircraft Y; the employee gave us the 'thumps up' all clear signal. As we continued to taxi the aircraft; it felt like someone tapped the brakes. I immediately stopped the aircraft. No one on the ground approached our aircraft to indicate we had struck aircraft Y. At this time; our male passenger came up to the cockpit and informed us that we had struck the aircraft Y. He also stated that he saw the employee give us the 'thumps up' signal.we then were directed to park our aircraft by a different ramp employee. We parked the aircraft; shut down; and escorted our passengers off our aircraft. Upon making contact with the captain of aircraft Y; he stated that he saw the ramp employee give us the 'thumbs up' as well. There were no injuries to any passengers; ground employees; or crew members of both aircraft. Only names; emails and phone numbers were exchanged between the pilots and the [FBO company] manager. [This statement] is from the captain of aircraft Y. While parked and performing post-flight duties at ZZZ; I observed aircraft X taxiing along the west side of the ramp between our [aircraft] and the grass median separating the ramp from taxiway xz. There was one ramp worker positioned on our wing who gave the crew of the taxiing aircraft X a thumbs up as the aircraft approached ours. As soon as the aircraft was close to passing our winglet; he seemed to realize the aircraft would not clear and was unable to signal aircraft X's crew to stop. They subsequently impacted our winglet with theirs.
