Narrative:

After referencing WAC chart, felt departing runway 33 with a left turn out would remain clear of mco. Contacted mco approach radar to pick up IFR flight plan which had been filed prior to departure. Was advised by mco radar had penetrated arsa. No conflict. Advised to contact radar pro to entry. Attempted, but due to frequency load unable.
