Narrative:
Departing runway xx at ZZZ. Flaps 1 [flex thrust] takeoff. Received engine 1 compressor vane ECAM. I announced 'reject' and accomplished rejected takeoff maneuver. I called for rejected takeoff qrc and pilot monitoring accomplished qrc procedures. Rejected takeoff qrc was completed; we exited runway xx and taxied onto runway xy holding short of taxiway X per ATC instructions and accomplished ECAM. Taxied to back to the gate.
