While going to roscoe turner airport at corinth, ms, I was descended to 2700' MSL by memphis center and cleared for the approach at turner ap. Just prior to reaching the crx NDB, I broke out in the clear and made visibility contact with the airport. Prior to descending below the procedure turn altitude I tried to cancel my IFR flight plan with memphis center but could not reach them on the radio.
