Narrative:

Upon arrival of the third package cart; the driver hands me both the load manifest and the hazmat which was a class 3. I inspected the box and retrieved one copy of the shipping papers and left another copy with the box. I then took a photo with my smartphone and sent it over to dispatch prior to departure. There were also two boxes of medical dry ice with 2 kg in each box which did not need to be reported since they fall below the 2.5 kg (5.5 lb) requirement. I began completing the PNF paperwork and immediately became distracted with a driver that requested the clipboard with the completed manifest and weight/balance. I then proceeded to verifying the aft cargo bay to be sure the hazmat was loaded appropriately and promptly closed and latched the door. I then completed a walk around and entered the cockpit closing the main cabin door behind me forgetting to complete the hazmat PNF and proceeding with before start flows and checklists. Once arriving in ZZZ and parking; one of the loaders opens my door at the completion of shutdown and requests the paperwork as well as hazmat aboard to which I respond 4 kg of dry ice and a class 3. The same loader requests a copy of the PNF as which point I recall not completing the PNF and attempt to gather what I currently have. The FAA auditor had asked for paperwork then entered the cockpit asking for a copy of the PNF that she took a photo of using a smartphone as well as a photo of my company badge. She then returned the paperwork to me. I completed the remainder of the boxes at the top of the page along with my signature. I then called the [company] to notify of the event.I became aware of the event upon arrival on the ramp in ZZZ. The distraction and lack of organization caused a failure to comply with company policy and fars related to hazmat paperwork. I hurried to launch out of ZZZ1 and became distracted causing me to incomplete the required paperwork to declare the hazmat on board. Upon arrival on the ramp I promptly attempted to complete the remainder of the PNF but was unable as the FAA auditor has already entered the cockpit. I handed the paperwork as is. Comply with the company policies; take my time; do not hurry and stay organized. Never rush and avoid distractions. When beginning critical paperwork; finish the paperwork fully.
