Narrative:
During pushback from gate X in ZZZ; I immediately heard a foreign language coming through the interphone when the tug operator keyed their mic to talk. While I don't speak this language; the interference was loud and of good quality. I asked the pushback crew what the 'noise' was; and as if it routinely occurs; they stated that it was coming from some broadcast from foreign carriers' operations.
