Narrative:
On ground in ZZZ; after APU was started; there was a slight odor of oil in the flight deck. Smell dissipated and then we noticed it again upon landing in ZZZ1 once APU was started. Flight attendant notified us once we reached the gate that he also smelled an odor on landing. [I suggest] better maintenance of APU; oil filters; etc.
