Narrative:

Just prior to handoff to tower, #3 on approach behind an medium large transport, approach notified us of emergency in progress on runway 09, runway closed, and changed landing to runway 09R. I continued the visibility approach while captain made a quick scan of our company pgs and approach chart pages for the airport. He saw no problem with the landing on runway 09R and told me to continue. We landed uneventfully on runway 09R. A later in-depth review revealed a note on the back of approach pg 11-1 for miq, stating: 'runway 09R day VFR, emergency only.' our company page for miq listing runway restrictions, which we reviewed prior to landing, did not include this restriction.
