Narrative:
I was cleared for takeoff runway 9L by mlb tower (in aircraft X) and started my roll. I was only monitoring tower frequency. As I was continuing; the other aircraft (aircraft Y); crossed runway 9L via taxiway quebec. My student and I continued our roll and cleared the aircraft by about 200 feet vertically. Following the incident; witnesses reported that aircraft Y was cleared to cross runway 9L via taxiway quebec after I was given takeoff clearance. A dedicated controller for ground and tower frequencies (each) might have prevented this incursion.
