Narrative:

Unable to pressurize aircraft after takeoff. Leveled off below 10000', completed checklist and returned to airport. Ramp worked found aft cargo door slightly open. Aft cargo door warning light in cockpit indicated closed. Inspection of aft cargo door warning system showed an intermittent fault. Aft cargo door was inspected and closed. Flight continued west/O incident. No bags were reported missing. The advanced medium large transport aircraft has had reported problems with aft cargo door warning system.

Title: AN ACR ADVANCED MODEL MLG RETURNS LANDS WHEN FLT CREW IS UNABLE TO PRESSURIZE THE ACFT.

Narrative: UNABLE TO PRESSURIZE ACFT AFTER TKOF. LEVELED OFF BELOW 10000', COMPLETED CHKLIST AND RETURNED TO ARPT. RAMP WORKED FOUND AFT CARGO DOOR SLIGHTLY OPEN. AFT CARGO DOOR WARNING LIGHT IN COCKPIT INDICATED CLOSED. INSPECTION OF AFT CARGO DOOR WARNING SYS SHOWED AN INTERMITTENT FAULT. AFT CARGO DOOR WAS INSPECTED AND CLOSED. FLT CONTINUED W/O INCIDENT. NO BAGS WERE RPTED MISSING. THE ADVANCED MLG ACFT HAS HAD RPTED PROBS WITH AFT CARGO DOOR WARNING SYS.
