Narrative:
Seattle approach gave us a 90 degree turn on pointed directly to nolla. NDB/OM, I tried to capture to localizer by banking sharply. Experienced a stall/spin, recovered. Declared missed approach. Flew second approach west/O incident. I should have rejected the seattle approach instructions or I should have flown through the localizer anticipating a missed approach.
