Narrative:

Aircraft was observed 6.1 NM west of orlando international at 4500'. Supervisor was notified that a TCA violator was in the area. The feeder controller had to vector aircraft around and above the VFR target to avoid a conflict thereby interrupting the orderly flow of traffic to mco. Aircraft was tracked to the ism airport, the watch supervisor never followed-up. The reason for this letter, outside the obvious, is that this type occurrence happens daily at orlando and is rarely followed-up. It's dangerous!
