Narrative:
I was approaching runway 29 at gjt for a full stop landing. A military transport was ahead of me doing touch and go's. The tower advised caution wake turbulence. The military transport was off the runway turning crosswind. I was about 8-10' AGL when the airplane made a rapid un-commanded yaw to the left and the right wing dropped. The airplane hit the dirt between runway 29 and taxiway a; then bounced on the nose and came to rest on taxiway a on the main gear and nose.
