Narrative:
I exceeded the 34 hour in 7 day flight time limitation. I was actually trying to keep up with my flight time however, for some reason I got confused and accidentally flew over 34 hours. My actual flight time for the 7 day period was 37.44. I did not discover this until dec 1990. I flew 28.47 hours in the last four days in november and then on the first day of december. Scheduling integrated my schedule to give me a 24 hour break between the first and the second of december. This is when I believe I got confused and thought that I had a day off that would cancel my first flying day of the seven day period. The combination of a heavy flight schedule and 8 hour block to block overnight rest periods left me mentally and physically tired which resulted in a mistake of my flight time limitation. I honor the FARS and feel I know them well. This is an isolated incident and I shall do my best not to let it happen again.

Title: EXCEEDS 34 HOURS IN 7 DAYS.
Narrative: I EXCEEDED THE 34 HR IN 7 DAY FLT TIME LIMITATION. I WAS ACTUALLY TRYING TO KEEP UP WITH MY FLT TIME HOWEVER, FOR SOME REASON I GOT CONFUSED AND ACCIDENTALLY FLEW OVER 34 HRS. MY ACTUAL FLT TIME FOR THE 7 DAY PERIOD WAS 37.44. I DID NOT DISCOVER THIS UNTIL DEC 1990. I FLEW 28.47 HRS IN THE LAST FOUR DAYS IN NOVEMBER AND THEN ON THE FIRST DAY OF DECEMBER. SCHEDULING INTEGRATED MY SCHEDULE TO GIVE ME A 24 HR BREAK BTWN THE FIRST AND THE SEC OF DECEMBER. THIS IS WHEN I BELIEVE I GOT CONFUSED AND THOUGHT THAT I HAD A DAY OFF THAT WOULD CANCEL MY FIRST FLYING DAY OF THE SEVEN DAY PERIOD. THE COMBINATION OF A HVY FLT SCHEDULE AND 8 HR BLOCK TO BLOCK OVERNIGHT REST PERIODS LEFT ME MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY TIRED WHICH RESULTED IN A MISTAKE OF MY FLT TIME LIMITATION. I HONOR THE FARS AND FEEL I KNOW THEM WELL. THIS IS AN ISOLATED INCIDENT AND I SHALL DO MY BEST NOT TO LET IT HAPPEN AGAIN.
