Narrative:

Ewr far pt 139 accepts various ways to mark txwys. Ewr has poles with yellow/amber reflective tape to mark edge, along with green centerline taxiway lights. At night with rain on the ramp, the taxi guidance is difficult to follow because of excessive illumination from the ramp. Reduce illumination redirect lights, and cancel yellow reflective poles. It is difficult to follow txwys especially clearing runway 22L or right.
