Narrative:

Light transport was in the process of starting engines off a gpu provided by the naples airport authority. Pilot gave lineman ok to disconnect as engines were both running. As lineman was disconnecting, the pilot west/O clearance from lineman proceeded to taxi out while lineman was underneath the aircraft holding the gpu plug he had just pulled from the aircraft. The jet blast was directly in the path of the lineman who was knocked down and sustained minor injuries. The pilot should have waited for the all clear sing from the lineman and this whole incident could have been avoided.
