Narrative:
Large transport X departed nip runway 27. Aircraft was vectored to the west, across the departure corridor for runway 36 at nzc. Fgt Y was departing runway 36 at nzc. The fgt Y contacted departure leaving 4800' 1 1/2 mi south of the large transport X climbing to 15000'. The large transport X was at 5200' climbing. The large transport X said he had the tactical fgt Y in sight. Standard sep did not exist prior to that.

Title: DEP CTLR VECTORED LGT ACROSS DEP PATH OF SATELLITE ARPT AND HAD LESS THAN STANDARD SEPARATION WITH FGT DEP.
Narrative: LGT X DEPARTED NIP RWY 27. ACFT WAS VECTORED TO THE W, ACROSS THE DEP CORRIDOR FOR RWY 36 AT NZC. FGT Y WAS DEPARTING RWY 36 AT NZC. THE FGT Y CONTACTED DEP LEAVING 4800' 1 1/2 MI S OF THE LGT X CLBING TO 15000'. THE LGT X WAS AT 5200' CLBING. THE LGT X SAID HE HAD THE TACTICAL FGT Y IN SIGHT. STANDARD SEP DID NOT EXIST PRIOR TO THAT.
