Narrative:

Approach issued clearance while aircraft was on ground. Right turn on course, maintained 10000'. Oaj NOTAMS (attached) specify left traffic for runway 5-23. We departed runway 23 and made a slight left turn to comply with the NOTAM. Approach said we nearly violated airspace of another facility. They need to coordination the NOTAMS with the control facility so the controller is aware that aircraft are required to make left traffic.

Narrative: APCH ISSUED CLRNC WHILE ACFT WAS ON GND. R TURN ON COURSE, MAINTAINED 10000'. OAJ NOTAMS (ATTACHED) SPECIFY L TFC FOR RWY 5-23.
