Narrative:

Upon landing runway 4R bos, we were asked if we could hold short runway 15R. We said we could. The tower advised us to turn left (taxiway 'F') cross runway 4L and call ground on the other side which we acknowledged. Coming up on runway 4L the captain saw a landing aircraft Y on runway 4L and stopped the aircraft short of the runway (4L). The landing aircraft made a go around on his own initiative. We had not xed or even contacted runway 4L on our crossing, but came across the hold line on the taxiway.

Title: POTENTIAL GND CONFLICT AS ACR WAS CLEARED TO TAXI ACROSS ACTIVE RWY WITH ACFT Y ON SHORT FINAL.

Narrative: UPON LNDG RWY 4R BOS, WE WERE ASKED IF WE COULD HOLD SHORT RWY 15R. WE SAID WE COULD. THE TWR ADVISED US TO TURN L (TXWY 'F') CROSS RWY 4L AND CALL GND ON THE OTHER SIDE WHICH WE ACKNOWLEDGED. COMING UP ON RWY 4L THE CAPT SAW A LNDG ACFT Y ON RWY 4L AND STOPPED THE ACFT SHORT OF THE RWY (4L). THE LNDG ACFT MADE A GO AROUND ON HIS OWN INITIATIVE. WE HAD NOT XED OR EVEN CONTACTED RWY 4L ON OUR XING, BUT CAME ACROSS THE HOLD LINE ON THE TXWY.
