Narrative:
I took a handoff from ZZZ ARTCC for aircraft X direct to ZZZ airport at 3;000 [feet]. I noticed aircraft X descending through 2;500 [feet] before they checked on; so I reached out to pilot. Aircraft X responded that they were [advising ATC] and need to land now. I told them about the closest airport but the pilot responded they were landing where they were. I informed supervisor and gave them the lat/long and county information. I also used other aircraft to relay information to and from aircraft X. Aircraft X landed safely. It would be nice if controllers had a button on the radio panel to call 911. I believe that about 10 minutes went by before 911 was called.
