Narrative:

I had an aircraft (small transport X) descending for an approach. There were strong winds from the south at altitude, so I wanted the small transport X to keep his speed up in order to hit a hole on final. However, the altitude I issued placed the aircraft in a position that if I failed to turn him at the appropriate time, I would enter another controllers airspace. As events unfolded, my attention was diverted to events on the other side of the localizer, and I did fail to make the turn. Not only did I enter the other controllers airspace, I also missed an aircraft being vectored to a satellite airport by less than standard separation. I first learned of the impending error when the conflict alert sounded, (unfortunately, after the error occurred). My eagerness to rush the aircraft to final given the wind conditions, led me into a position of 'do or die.' the small transport X would have better fit elsewhere, but my poor execution of a plan led to the error. When I first sat down to work the position, I deviated from my normal (personal) procedures. I failed to set the proper ARTS altitude filter, as well as the quick looks of associated positions.

Title: AN ACFT BEING CONTROLLED BY ONE CTLR ENTERED THE AIRSPACE OF ANOTHER CTLR WITHOUT PROPER COORD WHICH RESULTED IN LESS THAN STANDARD SEPARATION.

Narrative: I HAD AN ACFT (SMT X) DSNDING FOR AN APCH. THERE WERE STRONG WINDS FROM THE S AT ALT, SO I WANTED THE SMT X TO KEEP HIS SPD UP IN ORDER TO HIT A HOLE ON FINAL. HOWEVER, THE ALT I ISSUED PLACED THE ACFT IN A POS THAT IF I FAILED TO TURN HIM AT THE APPROPRIATE TIME, I WOULD ENTER ANOTHER CTLRS AIRSPACE. AS EVENTS UNFOLDED, MY ATTN WAS DIVERTED TO EVENTS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE LOC, AND I DID FAIL TO MAKE THE TURN. NOT ONLY DID I ENTER THE OTHER CTLRS AIRSPACE, I ALSO MISSED AN ACFT BEING VECTORED TO A SATELLITE ARPT BY LTSS. I FIRST LEARNED OF THE IMPENDING ERROR WHEN THE CONFLICT ALERT SOUNDED, (UNFORTUNATELY, AFTER THE ERROR OCCURRED). MY EAGERNESS TO RUSH THE ACFT TO FINAL GIVEN THE WIND CONDITIONS, LED ME INTO A POS OF 'DO OR DIE.' THE SMT X WOULD HAVE BETTER FIT ELSEWHERE, BUT MY POOR EXECUTION OF A PLAN LED TO THE ERROR. WHEN I FIRST SAT DOWN TO WORK THE POS, I DEVIATED FROM MY NORMAL (PERSONAL) PROCS. I FAILED TO SET THE PROPER ARTS ALT FILTER, AS WELL AS THE QUICK LOOKS OF ASSOCIATED POSITIONS.
