Narrative:
While flying in light ridge lift at ridge height and approximately 500 ft. Laterally from the ridge; an F-18E/F popped up over the ridge 150-200 feet above the ridge. The F-18 was inverted with an energy vector that appeared to be directly aimed at my aircraft. The F-18 appeared to relax his pull and passed overhead and behind my aircraft at about 200 feet.
