Load planning called me while flight was enroute to advise that there was dry ice loaded into pit 2; but was not sure of the amount. Load planning believes the amount was less than 4 pounds; but may have been less than one pound. No documentation was provided to flight crew. Load planning [is] planning on filing a report. I advised crew of incident and recommended they file a [report].
