Narrative:
A 300 hour maintenance inspection was completed on company aircraft. During the preflight; a cotter pin was discovered to be missing from the right side pitch control linkage. I flew the aircraft during the time between the inspection and discovery and could possibly have flown it with the cotter pin missing.
