Narrative: Reno 9 Departure: The initial climb instructions for Runway 16L/16R state: 'Climb on heading 164 and IRNO Localizer south course.' This is not worded properly. It is impossible to fly a heading and a course at the same time. Runways 25 and 34L/R instructions do not have this error.
