Narrative:

Takeoff was aborted when right propeller RPM remained low. Aircraft returned to ramp. During parking checklist right electric feather switch was discovered in the on position. The aborted takeoff was logged in log book, switch was turned off, right engine was run up while maintenance personnel observed. Right engine opps checked ok and log book was signed off by maintenance. Aircraft continued on to destination. Factors contributing to occurrence were: nighttime, dark cockpit, unlit electric feather switch. Aircraft received line check prior to this flight by maintenance. Maintenance tried to flatten propeller pitch after line check due windy conditions, forgetting to turn off electric feather switch. Checklist does not address this switch or system except on first flight of the day.
