Narrative:
While fueling equipment on gate; I accidentally struck the left wingtip of [an aircraft] which was parked on [the adjacent gate]. The ramp area was extremely icy from [recent] snowstorms and the mirrors on the truck were iced over; making visibility impossible. I applied brakes while backing out of the gate and truck slid into the left wingtip.
