Narrative:

Wsi through the company continues to advise the flight crews with turbulence fpg's (flight plan guidance) and sigmets with fixes that cannot be determined accurately and expeditiously; i.e. 160NNE hekab. If wifi is available (many times it is not) the wsi fpg's can be displayed on the app using the company ipad. Without this I must ask the dispatcher to determine where along our route these turbulence areas are located; this takes unnecessary time and effort.
