Narrative:

Departed 6R lax for the GARDY3 departure. Before takeoff we advised ground that it was questionable if we could comply with the 8;000 ft restriction at traap. We again advised lax departure of being [unable] to reach traap by 8;000 ft and they told us to do the best we could. The FMC placed us just past traap at 8;000 ft. On departure we had moderate turbulence in the climb; a heavy aircraft with restricted performance and possible wake turbulence from the B777-300 that departed before us. Approaching traap with climb decreasing to 300 feet per minute with degrading airspeed; then followed by a strong uplift with 2000+ rate of climb. We passed traap above the 8;000 ft restriction. Heavy aircraft with decreased performance. Moderate turbulence with associated weather. Wake turbulence from aircraft in front of us.
