Narrative:

Captain allowed an off-duty F/a to ride the cockpit jump seat because the aircraft was full. He advised me that he was going to do it. I advised him of the rise (the rule violations) and asked if a F/a jump seat was available. He advised none was and that he was allowing her to ride up front.

Title: OFF DUTY CABIN ATTENDANT GETS TO RIDE IN THE COCKPIT JUMP SEAT IN AN APPARENT VIOLATION OF COMPANY REGS.

Narrative: CAPT ALLOWED AN OFF-DUTY F/A TO RIDE THE COCKPIT JUMP SEAT BECAUSE THE ACFT WAS FULL. HE ADVISED ME THAT HE WAS GOING TO DO IT. I ADVISED HIM OF THE RISE (THE RULE VIOLATIONS) AND ASKED IF A F/A JUMP SEAT WAS AVAILABLE. HE ADVISED NONE WAS AND THAT HE WAS ALLOWING HER TO RIDE UP FRONT.
