Narrative:

I was working the ground control position combined with the flight data/clearance delivery position. An aircraft small transport taxiing near the approach end of runway alerted me on ground control frequency that the aircraft landing did not appear to have landing gear. I observed the aircraft rolling down the runway on its belly. The rescue and fire were called by me. Aircraft slid off the runway.
