Narrative:

I taxied to runway 15 for departure and announced on unicom that I was. No one was working unicom, although 1 aircraft announced departing from 33 and departed the pattern. Wind was calm. Runway is 7000' long, a long taxi form where I started. As I approached the run-up area, 1 aircraft announced simulated engine out for 33 and another declared he was at 33 holding for departure. I advised that I would wait for them, then depart 15. After engine out landed the second aircraft taxied onto 33 for departure, followed immediately by a third. After each cleared the runway I announced, 'taxiing into position on 15,' then 'departing 15.' somewhere between full throttle and rotation a foreign flyer announced he was departing 33 in small aircraft Y. I called again that I was departing 15, and his instrument, in an airborne aircraft, told him to get off the runway. I was airborne by then, so there was no real conflict. The student was solo, and just didn't listen to or understand what he should have heard on the radio. This was a part 91 flight, the empty leg of a 135 charter.

Title: SMA TWIN PLT DEPARTING NON TWR ARPT CHOOSES OPPOSITE RWY FROM THAT IN GENERAL USE AND, AFTER WAITING FOR 3 DEPS ON THAT RWY, DEPARTS BUT HAS NON CRITICAL CONFLICT WITH UNANNOUNCED STUDENT PLT DEP.

Narrative: I TAXIED TO RWY 15 FOR DEP AND ANNOUNCED ON UNICOM THAT I WAS. NO ONE WAS WORKING UNICOM, ALTHOUGH 1 ACFT ANNOUNCED DEPARTING FROM 33 AND DEPARTED THE PATTERN. WIND WAS CALM. RWY IS 7000' LONG, A LONG TAXI FORM WHERE I STARTED. AS I APCHED THE RUN-UP AREA, 1 ACFT ANNOUNCED SIMULATED ENG OUT FOR 33 AND ANOTHER DECLARED HE WAS AT 33 HOLDING FOR DEP. I ADVISED THAT I WOULD WAIT FOR THEM, THEN DEPART 15. AFTER ENG OUT LANDED THE SECOND ACFT TAXIED ONTO 33 FOR DEP, FOLLOWED IMMEDIATELY BY A THIRD. AFTER EACH CLRED THE RWY I ANNOUNCED, 'TAXIING INTO POS ON 15,' THEN 'DEPARTING 15.' SOMEWHERE BTWN FULL THROTTLE AND ROTATION A FOREIGN FLYER ANNOUNCED HE WAS DEPARTING 33 IN SMA Y. I CALLED AGAIN THAT I WAS DEPARTING 15, AND HIS INSTR, IN AN AIRBORNE ACFT, TOLD HIM TO GET OFF THE RWY. I WAS AIRBORNE BY THEN, SO THERE WAS NO REAL CONFLICT. THE STUDENT WAS SOLO, AND JUST DIDN'T LISTEN TO OR UNDERSTAND WHAT HE SHOULD HAVE HEARD ON THE RADIO. THIS WAS A PART 91 FLT, THE EMPTY LEG OF A 135 CHARTER.
