Narrative:
Was performing annual inspection on a cessna twin and discovered a cracked cylinder. Research revealed related ads for this model of cessna; however this plane in question is outside the serial range of the ad. I believe the serial range should be extended to include these later serial numbers as it is a serious issue and others could be affected. Reference airworthiness directive 2016-16-12.
