Narrative:

We landed our aircraft widebody transport on 25L at lax and turned off on a 90 degree taxiway (47) to hold between 25L and 25R. Air carrier Y, a widebody transport, was holding east of us on taxiway 45. We heard tower clear air carrier Y across and us across. We were a different flight #, but same company. After air carrier Y moved, we moved. As we started, I asked the captain if we were cleared. He said yes, but I called anyway and tower said, 'well air carrier Z, since you're halfway now, go ahead.' we cleared the same time as air carrier Y. There were no other (company) jets down the runway system. Tower then said for captain to call tower supervisor and give phone #. He did, and got chewed out for about 10 mins. He asked if any action would be filed and controller said no, and it wouldn't be logged. Crossing the active runway west/O a specific clearance naming our correct flight # vs a flight # of the previous widebody transport flight (1 hour before) was a screw-up. The crew had gone to work at xa P.M. The previous night for a transcontinental flight. Went to the hotel for a 6-7 hour rest, then back to lax on this flight. On approach to lax approach kept slowing us west/O telling us why until inside the LOM they said we were too close to air carrier Y ahead and to go around (it was IMC). We went around and landed west/O incident until the taxiway mistake.

Title: ACR CROSSED RWY WITHOUT AUTH DUE TO TRANSPOSING ACFT IDENTIFIER.

Narrative: WE LANDED OUR ACFT WDB ON 25L AT LAX AND TURNED OFF ON A 90 DEG TXWY (47) TO HOLD BTWN 25L AND 25R. ACR Y, A WDB, WAS HOLDING E OF US ON TXWY 45. WE HEARD TWR CLR ACR Y ACROSS AND US ACROSS. WE WERE A DIFFERENT FLT #, BUT SAME COMPANY. AFTER ACR Y MOVED, WE MOVED. AS WE STARTED, I ASKED THE CAPT IF WE WERE CLRED. HE SAID YES, BUT I CALLED ANYWAY AND TWR SAID, 'WELL ACR Z, SINCE YOU'RE HALFWAY NOW, GO AHEAD.' WE CLRED THE SAME TIME AS ACR Y. THERE WERE NO OTHER (COMPANY) JETS DOWN THE RWY SYS. TWR THEN SAID FOR CAPT TO CALL TWR SUPVR AND GIVE PHONE #. HE DID, AND GOT CHEWED OUT FOR ABOUT 10 MINS. HE ASKED IF ANY ACTION WOULD BE FILED AND CTLR SAID NO, AND IT WOULDN'T BE LOGGED. XING THE ACTIVE RWY W/O A SPECIFIC CLRNC NAMING OUR CORRECT FLT # VS A FLT # OF THE PREVIOUS WDB FLT (1 HR BEFORE) WAS A SCREW-UP. THE CREW HAD GONE TO WORK AT XA P.M. THE PREVIOUS NIGHT FOR A TRANSCONTINENTAL FLT. WENT TO THE HOTEL FOR A 6-7 HR REST, THEN BACK TO LAX ON THIS FLT. ON APCH TO LAX APCH KEPT SLOWING US W/O TELLING US WHY UNTIL INSIDE THE LOM THEY SAID WE WERE TOO CLOSE TO ACR Y AHEAD AND TO GO AROUND (IT WAS IMC). WE WENT AROUND AND LANDED W/O INCIDENT UNTIL THE TXWY MISTAKE.
