I was asked to fly a nextant BE400 aircraft to bermuda txkf. I refused the trip based on my feeling that the nextant aircraft are unsafe to operate in oceanic airspace due to the continued failure of the nextant communication radios and the lack of any solutions to the continued problems.

Narrative: I was asked to fly a Nextant BE400 aircraft to Bermuda TXKF.
