Narrative:

Takeoff on runway 6 (spg) goes out into tampa bay. TCA floor limits 1200' MSL floor. Recent 2 week change from arsa: new TCA boundaries follow south peninsula. Turning from straight out to over (e-w) peninsula went through to 1500' MSL. This is an irregular pattern that can be confusing. I had studied new map just bought before flight but missed the new changes. Discovered error after landing. Spg tower released me when I headed north over st petersburg beach. I don't know if they recognized error or not. Maps were not easily available before TCA operation.
