Narrative:

I was returning to hnl. I was cleared to land on runway 4L. I encountered severe turbulence. Immediately after this I noticed several lights on my annunciator lit up. At this time my engine had quit running. I told the controller I would need runway 8L, which was the closest runway. The controller asked me if I was declaring an emergency. I said if needed to to get runway 8L, I would. He then cleared me to land on 8L. I landed the aircraft safely and cleared the active runway. I then restarted the aircraft with no problem at all. I then taxied to the ramp. I feel the severe turbulence was the cause of this flameout.
