Narrative:

After pushback; the first officer (first officer) called for taxi. Our instructions were to; 'taxi to 19R via M and a.' after referencing the 10-9 jepp FD-pro plate; it was a reasonable clearance since taxiway B was completely closed on there; plate 40-9 21 (date). We had also referenced the applicable NOTAMS prior to push; which did not state that B was opened. As we were taxiing on a; at about the intersection of a and A6; ground control said we were supposed to be on taxiway B. And the first officer responded that if it was opened; 'do you want us to transition over to B?' the controller said; 'no'. We continued taxiing to 19R without incident.
