Narrative:

Exceeded 250 KT restriction on departure. Received clearance at gate prior to departure. Set up FMS for departure routing and began taxi for takeoff. Issued departure delay by ground control. Asked to pull off taxiway and stand by for reroute. Given reroute and told to switch to tower frequency, who immediately cleared us for takeoff. Replied that we were not ready and needed to set up new departure route and would be back with them shortly. In the hurry to get the rerouted departure in the FMS, both of us overlooked the 250 KT restriction on the departure (top of page in bold print in bold box). Had not been into clt in some time and this was an addition to departure that I overlooked as we were concentrating on the route and altitudes/verbal description in which the 250 KTS is not mentioned. We should have taken more tie to review the entire SID rather than just the particular rerouting. Would be more helpful if the 250 KTS was mentioned in the narrative description of the particular transition for SID. Lots of contributing factors: multiple clrncs, reconfiguration of FMS, hurry up takeoff clearance, not reviewing entire plate.

Title: ACR RECEIVED REROUTE ON TAXIOUT FOR TKOF. EXCEEDED SPEED RESTRICTION ONCE AIRBORNE.

Narrative: EXCEEDED 250 KT RESTRICTION ON DEP. RECEIVED CLRNC AT GATE PRIOR TO DEP. SET UP FMS FOR DEP RTING AND BEGAN TAXI FOR TKOF. ISSUED DEP DELAY BY GND CTL. ASKED TO PULL OFF TXWY AND STAND BY FOR REROUTE. GIVEN REROUTE AND TOLD TO SWITCH TO TWR FREQ, WHO IMMEDIATELY CLRED US FOR TKOF. REPLIED THAT WE WERE NOT READY AND NEEDED TO SET UP NEW DEP RTE AND WOULD BE BACK WITH THEM SHORTLY. IN THE HURRY TO GET THE REROUTED DEP IN THE FMS, BOTH OF US OVERLOOKED THE 250 KT RESTRICTION ON THE DEP (TOP OF PAGE IN BOLD PRINT IN BOLD BOX). HAD NOT BEEN INTO CLT IN SOME TIME AND THIS WAS AN ADDITION TO DEP THAT I OVERLOOKED AS WE WERE CONCENTRATING ON THE RTE AND ALTS/VERBAL DESCRIPTION IN WHICH THE 250 KTS IS NOT MENTIONED. LOTS OF CONTRIBUTING FACTORS: MULTIPLE CLRNCS, RECONFIGURATION OF FMS, HURRY UP TKOF CLRNC, NOT REVIEWING ENTIRE PLATE.
