Narrative:
While advancing thrust levers to set trust; aircraft slowly yawed to right. N2 decreasing and right yawloss of power on number 2 engine. Kept aircraft straight and rejected takeoff around 10 knots.after starting both engines after sitting for 75 minutes at the runway threshold in deteriorating weather conditions; pilots should double check proper engine indication and resist operational pressure to depart quickly (we were expecting [the destination] to groundstop again due to thunderstorms)
