Narrative:
After approximately 1 hour 15 min at cruise flight, made power change and noted #2 engine did not respond to throttle movement. Contacted maintenance control and dispatch, proceeded on into den. At lower altitude started APU, shut down #2 and declared emergency. Routine single engine landing performed. Maintenance write up in log accomplished.

Narrative: AFTER APPROX 1 HR 15 MIN AT CRUISE FLT, MADE PWR CHANGE AND NOTED #2 ENG DID NOT RESPOND TO THROTTLE MOVEMENT. CONTACTED MAINT CTL AND DISPATCH, PROCEEDED ON INTO DEN. AT LOWER ALT STARTED APU, SHUT DOWN #2 AND DECLARED EMER. ROUTINE SINGLE ENG LNDG PERFORMED. MAINT WRITE UP IN LOG ACCOMPLISHED.
