Narrative:

After approximately 1 hour 15 min at cruise flight, made power change and noted #2 engine did not respond to throttle movement. Contacted maintenance control and dispatch, proceeded on into den. At lower altitude started APU, shut down #2 and declared emergency. Routine single engine landing performed. Maintenance write up in log accomplished.
