Approaching visual to [runway] 35 in ags on right base to final; terrain warning went off at 2000 feet. Sink rate was not excessive and plane was leveling off at 1700 [feet]. Warning went off again and [pilot] disengaged autopilot. Flight conditions were visual; no terrain; [and no] towers or buildings were in sight or close. [We] landed with no issues.
