Narrative:

Secondary radar systems at albuquerque ATC tower continuously failing to operate satisfactorily during this time period. Radar controllers have observed numerous 'coast' tracks and tracks completely dropping off the radar screen. Also departing aircraft have been slow to acquire due to lack of secondary radar sensitivity. FAA arwys facility personnel have been repeatedly advised of the problem. This is an unsafe situation for all users of albuquerque, NM.

Narrative: SECONDARY RADAR SYSTEMS AT ALBUQUERQUE ATC TWR CONTINUOUSLY FAILING TO OPERATE SATISFACTORILY DURING THIS TIME PERIOD. RADAR CTLRS HAVE OBSERVED NUMEROUS 'COAST' TRACKS AND TRACKS COMPLETELY DROPPING OFF THE RADAR SCREEN. ALSO DEPARTING ACFT HAVE BEEN SLOW TO ACQUIRE DUE TO LACK OF SECONDARY RADAR SENSITIVITY.
